Excellent customer service. They helped me all through out my order-- from returns and exchanges. Very polite and helpful. They are also prompt with notifying me of the availability of my item. I would recommend having the trial first to save yourself from the hassle.

A straight forward and simple experience
From beginning to start the process was straight forward and simple, I ordered some glasses. If they fit great if they didn't return them as I got them for free. Repeat until you have the glasses you want. Plus they send you the items via super quick delivery so the whole thing, feels really rapid for an online experience.
One thing to add, they put a lot of information on their website and are happy to support when you call them, in particular around fit. So it was a really good experience and has massively changed my opinion of purchasing glasses via the online route.
I highly recommend them, oh and the bonus is that their price is really competitive especially once you consider P&P throughout the process. Please keep this up RXSport.

Absolutely amazing service!!
My prescription Oakley lenses are perfect. They came faster than expected and just slot straight into the frames I already had from RX.
When ordering, their customer service team contacted me by phone to clarify my request as I have an obscure prescription and they wanted to ensure that it wasn’t a mistake.
I cannot fault them at all and I have already referred them to family and friends.

10/10 I will only use these people for my prescription sunglasses! Service was second to none. Highly recommended! If you like exceptional customer service and a company that goes the extra mile as standard then RX Sport is it! Superb overall!

Excellent service providing me with the type of sunglasses that i have wanted for some years. I had been told by the high street opticians that it could not be done because of my prescription...... i wanted Oakley sunglasses with a wrap RX provided me with them within the 2-3 weeks quoted and i am a happy satisfied new customer.
